I never received an order confirmation email, can you resend it?
Please check your spam or promotions folders, as order confirmations often end up in there. If you find your confirmation email in your spam folder, please add the sender email to your contacts so that you do not miss any further updates.

Can I change the email address on my order?

Do you know if an item is going to be restocked?
We are unable to provide information on when or if an item will be restocked. We recommend subscribing to the restock notification listed on the sold-out item product page. Once you are subscribed, we will send you an email if the product is restocked.
Do you charge sales taxes?
We charge sales taxes on all orders shipped to an Illinois address to comply with state and local tax laws. We may also charge sales tax on specific items and/or shipping amounts in accordance with other state and local tax laws, depending on the state in which your shipping address is located. We recommend entering your shipping address upon checkout to get an estimate of the sales tax amount that you may be charged.
How do you suggest caring for apparel items?
Please check the inside tag on your garment to confirm the specific care instructions for that item. In general, we recommend washing inside out, with cool water, gentle detergents, and hang drying. We also recommend washing your item alone for the first time, then washing with like colors from then on. We do not recommend using bleach on any items.
Please note that the instructions above are general suggestions, and results may vary. We are not responsible for replacing washed items.
Can you assist with tickets or questions regarding a live show I am attending?
We are the customer support team and only assist with questions about merchandise placed through the online store. We are not involved in live shows and are unable to assist with questions related to them.
