There is a very small window of time to cancel an order before it moves to the processing status. If your order has already been processed for shipment, we can no longer cancel the order as it is being packed and prepared for shipment.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to edit or add to the order. However, you may request to cancel and refund your order so that you can place a new one.
