If you have any concerns regarding your shipped order status, we ask that you first contact the mail carrier for further information on the current order status. Please note that tracking information can sometimes lag, and often can go days without any recent updates.
Domestic Orders (shipping within the U.S.):
Please note that if you selected the Economy Shipping method, that these are shipped via DHL, then USPS will usually handle the actual delivery. You can find your USPS tracking number/link within the DHL tracking email sent to you upon initial shipment. Please contact USPS directly to confirm the current order status.
If your order exceeds the below timelines after the shipment date, tracking information has not been updated within the past 10 business days, and USPS is unable to provide any updates, please contact us HERE and we will assist you.
USPS Priority/First Class Mail: 30 days from the initial shipment date
Posters & Media Mail: 4-6 weeks from the initial shipment date
International Orders (shipping outside of the U.S.):
For international orders, you will need to reach out to your local post office for information on your package. All international orders are shipped via DHL International. DHL carries the order for the majority of transit, and once it arrives in your country, they will usually hand the package over to your local postal carrier for the rest of transit. You can find the local tracking information within your DHL tracking link, and we recommend contacting your country's local postal service first to confirm the current status.
Please note that we are unable to assist with confirming your order is lost in transit until 75 days after the shipment date, due to widespread delays at customs and within international postal carrier systems. We appreciate your patience.
If USPS/your local postal service is unable to assist you and your order is delayed beyond the above timelines listed, please click HERE to submit a request and we will follow up via email as soon as possible.
