In-stock orders take 1-2 business days to ship after the order has been placed. Please note that the estimate listed in our shipping options refers to the transit time after the package has left our facility. You will receive an email with tracking once your order is on the way to you.
Pre-orders will ship when the product is produced, arrives at our warehouse, or is otherwise released, and circumstances will vary depending on the product. Estimated shipping time can be anywhere from 2-12 weeks from the date you place your order until the date the item is in stock and ships from our facility. Please check the product page for an estimate on when your pre-order is expected to ship.
If your order contains multiple items and one of them is on pre-order, your order will ship in full once the pre-order item is released. Please note that all pre-order timeframes are estimates and subject to change. We are unable to refund shipping costs on pre-orders if there are delays. When your package is picked up and scanned in by the mail carrier (USPS/DHL), you will receive an email with tracking information. It may take a few days for the tracking link to show transit details.
