We are able to offer exchanges unless otherwise noted on the product page and pending the availability of the merchandise requested. Please note the exceptions listed below. Apparel must be unwashed, unworn, clean, and like new. Music items must be unopened and like new. Exchanges must be sent back within 60 days of the order delivery date.
Please note that we cannot hold a certain item for you - if your desired item is not in stock by the time the exchange process is finalized, we will reach out via email.

- Your name & email (as used for the original order)
- The item/size you would like to exchange
Please ensure that you save the tracking information for your return shipment. If you do not have tracking information, we are unable to assist you with an exchange. We are not responsible for your exchange item until it arrives back at our warehouse.
Once we receive the order back at our facility, our team will reach out via email to invoice you the exchange fee and confirm sending the new item. If the item you are exchanging is under 1lb, you will be charged $5.00 USD. If the item is over 1lb, you will be charged $9.00 USD.
Once the invoice is paid, we will process the exchange. Please note that the exchange process may take a few weeks. If the size or item you are requesting is out of stock when we receive your exchange, we will contact you to confirm the next steps.
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Opened music items
- Worn, washed, dirty, or damaged apparel
- Items with traces of human/animal hair
- Items that smell of smoke, body odor, perfume, etc.
- Face Masks
- Any other items not in like-new condition
