How do I return an item?

We are able to offer returns unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please note the exceptions listed below. Return apparel items must be unwashed, unworn, clean, and like-new. Music items must be unopened and like-new. Returns must be sent back within 60 days of the original order delivery date.

Please include a note with your name and order number.

Please ensure that you save the tracking information for your return shipment. If you do not have tracking information we are unable to assist you with a return or exchange. We are not responsible for your return item until it arrives back at our warehouse.

Please note that while we allow returns, we will not refund the shipping costs of your order. We reserve the right to deny a refund pending the condition of the item(s) returned. We are not responsible for shipping costs incurred for returning unwanted items.

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened music items
• Worn, washed, dirty, or damaged apparel
• Items with traces of human/animal hair
• Items that smell of smoke, body odor, perfume, etc.
• Face Masks
• Undergarments
• Any other items not in like-new condition
