We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange unless otherwise noted on the product page or listed in the exceptions below.
Please note that all items must be in like-new condition upon return. Apparel items must be unworn and unwashed and music items must be unopened. We reserve the right to deny any return/exchange request pending the condition of the item(s) returned. Unless your item is being returned due to a manufacturer or printing defect, we will not refund your original shipping costs. We are not responsible for return shipping costs incurred. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the delivery date.
We allow exchanges unless otherwise noted on the product page. Ship your exchange item to the following address:

Please note that we cannot hold a certain item for you - if your desired item is not in stock by the time the exchange process is finalized, we will reach out with the next steps.
Please ensure that you save the tracking information for your return shipment. If you do not have tracking information we are unable to assist you with an exchange. We are not responsible for any returned items until they arrive back at our facility.
Once our team receives and processes the exchanged item, we will reach out via email and invoice you for the exchange shipping and send you the new item. If the item you are exchanging is under 1lb, you will be charged $5.00 USD. If the item is over 1lb, you will be charged $9.00 USD. Please be sure to keep an eye on your email inbox and spam folder after sending back an exchange.
Once the invoice is paid, we will process the exchange and ship out your new item. Please note that the exchange process may take a few weeks.
If it has been longer than 60 days since the item was delivered, we are no longer able to exchange it. If the size or item you are requesting is out of stock when we receive your exchange, we will contact you via email to confirm the next steps.
After receiving your exchange and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your request. We reserve the right to deny an exchange request pending the condition of the item(s) returned.

We reserve the right to deny a return pending the condition of the item(s) returned.
We will notify you by email when your return/refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to fully clear from your statement once the refund has been issued. We are only able to issue refunds to the original payment method.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened music items
- Worn, washed, dirty, or damaged apparel
- Items with traces of human/animal hair
- Items that smell of smoke, body odor, perfume, etc.
- Face Masks
- Any other items not in like-new condition
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
To report a defective or damaged product in your order, please contact us HERE. Please note that all claims must be submitted within 60 days of order delivery. Please fill out this form with as much detail as possible, including clear photos of the damage (and video if the issue is with a music item that is not playing correctly).
After the form is submitted, our claims team will review the claim and get back to you via email. We may require you to ship the item back to us before processing sending a new item.
We ship our vinyl and posters in custom-made, sturdy mailers and poster tubes. Slight damage can occur with these items while in transit occasionally. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for minor cosmetic damage such as creases, bends, split inserts, dings, etc.
We are unable to accept claims for apparel items that have been washed and/or worn.
We are unable to accept claims for damages that occurred after receipt of your order.
